Return & Replacement Policy

All our products are handcrafted by local artisans in rural India, making each piece unique and slightly different. An irregular weave, print, or stitch should not be considered a defect. Handloom products, by definition, carry a natural variation and will not have the uniformity of machine-made items.

Despite these natural variations, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow exchange / return / refund (for eligible product categories) as per the policy mentioned below.

Note: The exchange, return, and refund policies mentioned below are applicable only to Domestic Orders placed online through our official website (www.magancharkha.com). This policy is not applicable for products purchased from offline stores or third-party platforms.


Returns & Replacements (Within India)

Returns and replacements are accepted subject to our standard policy. Please contact us within the specified time frame for assistance.

Replacement of item(s) is considered within 15 days from the date of delivery only if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect (determined after a thorough Quality Check process), or
  • The item received is different from its description.

In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged, missing, or has any manufacturing defect, please inform our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Replacement

Replacement of item(s) is subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • The product must be returned in saleable condition with Magan Charkha tags intact.
  • Magan Charkha reserves the right to determine whether the item(s) appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged post-purchase.

Replacement Process

  • The customer must return the item(s) to us.
  • Please mention your Order Number in the subject line to help us process your return quickly.
  • Ensure all returned item(s) are packed securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, your replacement request will be processed.
  • Your replacement order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned shipment.

International Orders (Outside India)

Currently, we do not offer returns or replacements on international shipments.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted any time before the order is shipped.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as a credit to the original mode of payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking Account).
